Skelvon Labs builds tools for communities that organize their own work: tenant unions, chapters, mutual aid networks, and group chats that outgrew the group chat. The tools are small on purpose, and the people using them stay in charge of them.

Each one started as a problem an organizer actually had.
Crossline
Connects a Discord channel to people who would rather text. Messages posted in the channel reach their phones, and their replies post back in the channel under their name. Nobody gets left out of the group for not being on Discord.
Early accessDocent
AI-assisted soft moderation with a human in every loop. Messages are screened, anything questionable is held for a moderator to approve or reject, and the person affected is kept informed at every step. The AI never issues a strike and never bans on its own.
About
Skelvon Labs is a small, independent software company. It exists because the groups doing the most organizing usually have the least software built for them, and the software that does exist tends to assume a budget, an IT person, or a willingness to hand the membership list to someone else.
So the tools here are built to a few rules. Small beats complete. A tool that does one thing an organizer needs beats a platform that does nine things they don't. People stay in charge. Where a tool makes a judgment, a human confirms it, and the person on the other end is told what happened and why. Nothing gets held hostage. Data belongs to the group that generated it.
Everything is run by one person, which is the honest explanation for why it moves at the pace it does.
